« Das Personal war sehr nett, der Campingplatz sehr sauber. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Geärgert hat uns das zuerst gebuchte Glamping Zelt Victoria (Wir mussten in ein Mobilehome umziehen). Durch falsch eingesetztes Material heizt sich das Zelt von der Sonne im Innenbereich auf über 50 Grad auf. Das ist für Kinder gesundheitsgefährend. So ein Zelt darf gar nicht vermietet werden! »

« Nice place to explore the region. Sanitary cabins good, but it should be said explicitly in advance that they have to be cleaned by oneself. Pitches are quite small but nice. Snack-Bar should offer sone bread for new arrivals. Staff is very nice. »

« Also für uns war der Platz optimal, denn man konnte vom Campingplatz aus direkt ans Wasser und sich erfrischen. Den Pool haben wir gar nicht genutzt, aber er sah wirklich schön aus. Die Pizzeria vor Ort war der Knaller, geschmacklich sagenhaft und ob man einkehrt oder eine mitnimmt bleibt einem selbst überlassen oder dem eigenen Geldbeutel 😅 auch die Bar war eine gute Alternative falls die Küche kalt bleibt. Der Campingplatz war ruhig und sauber. Die Animationen waren uns egal da wir keine Kinder dabei hatten. Das Personal war extrem freundlich. Hat uns sogar zurück gerufen weil wir erst nach Rezeptionzeit angekommen sind. Bei Problemen mit unserer Dusche in der Unterkunft haben sie sich sofort drum gekümmert und selbst der Chef hat nochmal nachgefragt ob alles gut ist. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals hat uns am besten gefallen... »

« all in all, rhere wss a wondeefull trip to the place le cascarde, only our leave was problematic cause by the very steep road to exit. we are stucking with our car. you need to signout a very clear driving direction, and you need to teach every drive during his checkin. best wishes to you! »

« Unsere Parzelle war sehr schmal, Sonnensegel vor dem Wohnwagen passte leider nicht. Der Pool ist leider sehr flach die graue Farbe und die raue Oberfläche ist wenig einladend. Ein Bereich für Kinder wäre schön und ein Bereich für Schwimmer. »

« Sehr schöne Lage am Fluss mit Wasserfall und sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Inhalte des Animationsprogramms waren abwechslungsreich, das Team aber zum Ende der Saison eher unmotiviert und lieblos, dafür nachts/abends sehr laut. »

« Fijne camping, niet te groot of massaal. Erg vriendelijke medewerkers. De kampeerplaatsen bieden veel privacy door struiken en bomen. Het privé sanitair is erg prettig met fijne douche. De douche hangt wel laag waardoor iedereen langer dan 165cm de douchekop zelf vast moet houden. Maar dat heeft mij niet gehinderd. Een hele dikke plus vond ik de ligbedden bij het zwembad. Stevige metalen ligbedden die niet om kunnen vallen als je op het verkeerde punt zit. En super dikke kussens op de ligbedden waar je dan je handdoekje overheen legt. Heerlijk vertoeven daar. En ook op drukke tijdstippen vaak redelijk snel een bedje gevonden. »

« Fantastic Camping surrounded by beautiful nature, calm and clean campsite, well maintained, exciting wonderful staff supporting you any time, the tent chosen was situated in the Green with trees an bushes so wonderful like a Safari site ... we would definetly come back and highly recommend it, also because of the child friendly animations and Events organized by the staff, the culinary experience in the italian Restaurant, and the location to nearby historic sites and nature. »

« 4 ème séjour aux Yelloh des Cascades dont 3 en location premium, mais cette année beaucoup de chiens, parfois des gros chiens, dans le camping qui ne sont pas tenus en laisse par leur maitre et peuvent effrayer les jeunes enfants. De plus, vous vous levez le matin et vous trouvez des excréments de chien devant votre location... Aucune réaction du staff lorsqu'il croise cette situation alors que les directives sont clairement affichées. »

Merci pour votre fidélité et d’avoir choisi le Camping Les Cascades pour la quatrième fois. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que ce séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos précédentes expériences. Nous comprenons parfaitement votre mécontentement concernant le non-respect des règles par certains propriétaires de chiens. Les animaux sont les bienvenus au camping, mais ils doivent impérativement être tenus en laisse et leurs propriétaires sont tenus de ramasser leurs déjections afin de préserver le confort de tous nos vacanciers. Nous sommes désolés si vous avez eu le sentiment que ces règles n’étaient pas suffisamment appliquées. Votre retour est pris très au sérieux et sera partagé avec nos équipes afin de renforcer notre vigilance sur ce point. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau et de vous offrir un séjour à la hauteur de vos attentes, comme lors de vos précédentes visites.
