Your campsite in the Gard

Nature, sunshine and bathing, isn’t that the perfect programme for your holiday in the south of France? When staying at La Roque-sur-Cèze, you’ll be ideally placed to enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities in the heart of nature: hiking around the Cirque de Navacelles, canoeing through the Gorges de l’Ardèche... There are so many different ways for you to discover the region.

History buff? The town of Nîmes and its famous arenas are certain to take your breath away. And you’ll also love Avignon and its renowned bridge, come and dance with the family or simply admire its time-worn arches. Love picturesque villages rich in character? You won’t know which to visit first: Aiguèze, Montclus and La Roque-sur-Cèze are all amongst the most beautiful villages in France. So where will you start?

Why not try something out of the ordinary, ideal for any nature-lover: the La Cocalière cave and take a ride in its little train, or the superb Aven d’Orgnac cave. A few days will never be long enough to discover the Gard. So one thing is certain, you’ll have to come back to the Yelloh! Village Les Cascades if you want to see everything!
