The impression continues with the wooden furniture, the red-and-white checked tablecloths and the Renaissance green napkins. Every detail has been taken care of to carry you off to the other side of the Alps!

The atmosphere is inspired by the trattoria. Because the experience is not only about food, but about people too. Where traditional and modern come together

At the Les Cascades restaurant, Chef Piazzalunga serves up his take on Italian cuisine. He revisits the great classics, adding a personal touch to give it all a modern twist. A blend of traditional and modern that works perfectly.

Tradition means quality produce, protected by labels (e.g. DOP, DOC, IGP) and worked using age-old methods. For example, the “Evolutiva” flour used by the chef, sourced from organic farms and stone-ground.

The modern touch is in the tasting. Like the salmon tartare, which takes on the flavours of a mojito... pretty original and a combination that will leave you pleasantly surprised!
